Estimates and scope
Online enquiries are requests for contact, not confirmed bookings. Pricing and scope may depend on an on-site inspection, measurements, access, hidden conditions, utilities, permits, materials, disposal, weather and other project-specific factors. Work should begin only after the scope and price have been accepted through the applicable business process.
Property access and conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable access to agreed work areas. Known utilities, irrigation, septic components, gates, pets, vehicles, fragile features and property restrictions should be disclosed before work begins.
Scheduling and weather
Scheduling may change because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, material availability or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Snow and storm services are particularly dependent on active conditions and route availability.
